What is a mission?
A mission is a purpose, a goal, or an objective. It is a reason for being. It is the reason why you get up in the morning and the reason you go to bed at night. It drives you, motivates you and gives you a sense of meaning and fulfilment. A mission can be big or small, personal or professional, but it is something that is unique to you and defines who you are.
With over a decade of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the greatest minds and teachers who influenced my path, impacted my life positively, and helped me evolve my understanding of myself. Some of these people are Dr Joe Dispenza, Sadhguru, Wim Hoff, Ivan Rohe, and Heidi Krauss, just to name a few. My constant drive for self-improvement has allowed me to dive deeper into my own shadows, develop a deeper connection with my true Self, and have a strong connection to my Higher Self. My own experiences and continuous hunger to learn and evolve made it possible for me to stay on top of new modalities and continuously grow and enhance my techniques and practices.

We will start each session by focusing on YOU. We will explore what are the things that are holding you back in life at a subconscious level and what your values, dreams and goals are. I will assist you to form a personalised plan

3. Cultivating Inner Peace and Joy: Through the use of mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, visualization, and self-reflection, I help you tap into your inner wisdom, cultivate inner peace, and find greater joy and fulfilment in your life.

My schedule changes weekly, but I aim to accommodate everybody`s requests from all over the world. So regardless of your location and time zone, we can find a suitable time for both of us. So simply send me a message with your city`s location and preferred dates and times, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
I understand how challenging life can get for some of us, especially after the pandemic, and we sometimes find ourselves in difficult situations.
For this reason, I offer individuals with lower income discounted rates for the first 6 sessions.
