Deposits are non-refundable if appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24-48 hours you will receive 50% of the paid deposit back or you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. To receive a full refund or to reschedule please contact us more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
